Around the NBA, Military Appreciation Night is special night for many teams and for this season, the San Antonio Spurs will be the second team to wear camouflage uniforms.
Earlier today, the Spurs did a photo shoot with the sleeved uniforms after practice and it appears that the decision is split on how good they actually look:
Danny Green and Kawhi Leonard shot pictures behind closed doors following Monday’s practice. Green said he’d already seen the jerseys, giving them an endorsement.
“It’s a fatigue-type style,” he said. “They’re pretty nice.”
Leonard, however, is not a fan.
“They could have did a better job,” he said while walking out of the shoot.
