With Larry Bird taking over the president of basketball operations for the NBA’s Indiana Pacers for the upcoming season, it appears that he isn’t going to spending to much time at his home in Naples, Florida.
Because of that, Larry Legend appears to be selling the property and is looking for about 4.8 million dollars for someone to take it off his hands.
Some of you might be wondering, what are the details/features of the house? The fine folks over at The News-Press have more of those details:
The four-bedroom waterfront house has 6,000 square feet of living space, a 500-gallon, saltwater aquarium, a basketball hoop and a 10-seat state-of-the-art home theater, according to the property listing. There’s also an infinity-edge pool and a “charming tiki hut with thatched roof.”
To note, Larry Legend isn’t the only famous former athlete living in the area as ESPN NFL analyst Mike Ditka also holds residency in Naples.
