You knew that we wouldn’t be able to get through a week without TNT analyst Charles Barkley commenting on Jeremy Lin’s move to Houston.
While at the American Century Golf Tournament in Lake Tahoe, Barkley told the folks over at NFL Total Access that he thinks Lin will be better than Tebow:
“I think Jeremy Lin is a good player. He’s going to have more success,” Barkley said.
“Tebow seems like a terrific kid, but he’s actually going to be a backup. Jeremy Lin is going to be the starting point guard. He did some incredible stuff.
“I want to see [Lin] do well because that’s one of the greatest stories I’ve ever seen, to be honest with you, as long as I’ve been in the NBA.”
I wonder if Sir Charles spent any of that time in Lake Tahoe.
