If memory serves me correct, there once was an old saying that noted that decisions ultimately come down to the individual and sometimes, those decisions aren’t exactly easy.
While New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony eventually decided to stay in New York state, recently he revealed that he was very close to leaving the Knickerbockers.
In a recent interview with ESPN New York’s Ian Begley, Anthony noted despite his decision was not easy but he’ll be with New York for the long haul:
“It was close. I don’t even like to talk about that no more,” he said. “This is home. There is no place like New York. Although the other situations were very intriguing, there is no place like New York.”
